(vasep.com.vn) Theo số liệu thương mại thủy sản mới nhất của Cơ quan Quản lý Khí quyển và Đại dương Quốc gia Mỹ (NOAA), nguồn thu từ thuế nhập khẩu thủy sản của Mỹ đã tăng mạnh trong năm 2025, trong khi khối lượng và giá trị nhập khẩu có xu hướng giảm. Các biện pháp thuế quan được triển khai dưới thời Tổng thống Donald Trump đang tạo ra tác động đáng kể đối với chuỗi cung ứng thủy sản và các doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu.
Đại học Tự trị Queretaro (UAQ) vừa đạt bước tiến quan trọng trong công nghệ sinh học thực phẩm với dự án sử dụng ấu trùng Zophobas morio, hay còn gọi là sâu gạo (superworm), để tạo thức ăn giàu protein cho nuôi cá tại khu vực Sierra Gorda. Dự án do sinh viên ngành Kỹ thuật Nông nghiệp Công nghiệp Sofía Andablo Rico dẫn dắt, áp dụng mô hình kinh tế tuần hoàn, tận dụng phế phẩm từ ngành chế biến thịt và cá vốn thường bị bỏ đi. Các phế phẩm này được nấu chín, nghiền và sấy khô trước khi cho ấu trùng superworm ăn, giúp tập trung dưỡng chất và tạo ra nguồn protein giá trị cao.
(vasep.com.vn) Trong 11 tháng đầu năm 2025, ngành thủy sản Nga ghi nhận những điều chỉnh rõ nét về cơ cấu sản phẩm, phản ánh xu hướng chuyển dịch từ sản phẩm thô sang các mặt hàng có mức độ chế biến sâu hơn. Con số này thể hiện mức tăng ấn tượng 245% so với 188.300 tấn được ghi nhận vào năm 2024.

Năm 2025 khép lại như một hải trình nhiều gió ngược đối với ngành thủy sản Việt Nam. Biển không chỉ dậy sóng ngoài khơi mà còn nổi sóng ngay trong từng ao nuôi, từng nhà máy, từng hợp đồng xuất khẩu.
