(vasep.com.vn) Các doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu Mỹ đang được cảnh báo về những rủi ro pháp lý và tài chính khi giao hàng theo điều kiện DDP (giao hàng đã nộp thuế), trong bối cảnh Cơ quan Hải quan và Bảo vệ Biên giới Mỹ (CBP) tăng cường kiểm tra hồ sơ nhập khẩu và việc tuân thủ các quy định thuế quan. Diễn biến này cũng đặt ra yêu cầu đối với các nhà cung cấp nước ngoài, trong đó có doanh nghiệp xuất khẩu thủy sản Việt Nam, về tính minh bạch và chính xác của hồ sơ thương mại, hải quan.
