(vasep.com.vn) Những ngày cuối tháng 2 và đầu tháng 3/2026 chứng kiến bước leo thang nghiêm trọng của xung đột quanh trục Iran – Israel, có yếu tố can dự của Mỹ. Chỉ trong vài ngày, căng thẳng quân sự đã nhanh chóng chuyển hóa thành cú sốc vận tải và bảo hiểm hàng hải tại Trung Đông – khu vực giữ vai trò đặc biệt quan trọng trong lưu thông năng lượng và hàng hóa toàn cầu. Đối với ngành thủy sản, tác động không chỉ dừng ở chi phí vận chuyển tăng cao mà còn là nguy cơ đứt gãy chuỗi lạnh, thiếu nguồn cung cục bộ và biến động giá theo từng phân khúc sản phẩm.
Căng thẳng bùng phát tại khu vực Trung Đông sau các cuộc không kích của Mỹ, Israel và phản ứng đáp trả từ phía Iran đã tác động nghiêm trọng tới nền kinh tế toàn cầu.

Luật được Tổng thống Santiago Peña ký ban hành đã gỡ bỏ các rào cản pháp lý vốn ngăn cấm sản xuất cá rô phi ở phần hồ thuộc lãnh thổ Paraguay suốt hơn 20 năm qua.
