Hiện tại, Cục An toàn Thực phẩm Bộ Y tế (VFA) đang xin ý kiến góp ý cho Nghị định sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Nghị định số 15/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 02/02/2018 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số Điều của Luật an toàn thực phẩm (sau đây gọi tắt là Dự thảo) để trình ban hành Nghị định mới theo thủ tục rút gọn (dự kiến trong tháng 3/2025).
